Too Faced Born This Way Foundation Review

Too Faced is probably by far hands down one of my favorite make up products and they did not steer me wrong with the Born this way foundation! This foundation can go from light to full coverage quite easily, yet still looks natural on the skin. It retails for $39.00 at Sephora but I promise you it is worth the splurge. If you like a natural dewy finish that doesn't leave you oily this one is for you! Of course you could always set it with a mattifying powder or use a mattifying primer under it. But it sits on the skin so perfectly and naturally. It also has Hyaluronic Acid and coconut water in it  and is Paraben, and Sulfate free... oh and it is Cruelty free! I suggest going to Sephora and picking up a sample of it to try out... I promise you will be pleased! I will have a link to the product down below as always!

Quest to find the best eyebrow pencil continues...

So as many others, I am always on the hunt to find the perfect eyebrow pencil. I am pretty sure I have tried just about all of them but so far have narrowed it down to these three that I seem to like the best. Keeping in mind that some cannot  afford high end, I chose one for just about everyone!
     Starting with the most affordable one.. ELF's Instant Lift Brow Pencil, it retails for $2.00, and is a pretty good product. It goes on easily, stays in place and lasts all day, only down fall to it for me is I find myself going through it quite fast. Also it is definitely less time consuming since the tip is a bit larger then the others, making it quicker to fill in brows, especially if you like your brows on the thicker side.
    Next is the Anastasia of Beverly Hills Brow Wiz, this one retails for $21.00 and is the high end choice for me. It has amazing pigment and stays in place all day. It is a ultra fine retractable wax pencil. It pretty much does the work for you and looks extremely natural. Perfect for the no make up days and total glam days. And if you have a heavy hand this product is perfect for you because it does not deposit  a ton of product at a time.
   So this last one is by far a perfect dupe for the Beverly Hills Brow Wiz, it is the NYX Micro Brow Pencil, it retails for $10.00 and usually can be found on sale at Ulta... so for my ladies who do not want to break the bank for perfect eyebrows, this product is for you! I actually find myself reaching for it more than my Brow Wiz now.

 It is amazing on my skin. I have tried them all but picked this up after my go to foundations kept separating on my skin and I experienced a rash of hormonal break outs along with Rosacea and hyper-pigmentation  . It is great coverage, stays all day and look natural. It is super blendable so even with a limited color range you can work with it. my skin looks and feels great, I  go to the office, out on the town...you name it. I recommend giving it a try. I have very sensitive skin and I am in love with this product! I usually set it with a translucent and don't have to touch it up during the day. I give it a big thumbs up!

~E.L.F. Acne Fighting Foundation!~

           This one is for my ladies that are looking for a matte lightweight foundation that has a medium to full coverage, and hello bonus it fights acne?! If you are like me, I have adult acne that only gets worse while Aunt Flow is visiting,.. and hate how some foundations cling to my dry patches and practically highlight my pimples oh and did I mention the shiny forehead I have? Let me tell you... have been trying this out for the past 2 weeks and find myself reaching for it more than my high end or other drug store foundation....

Oh and just a tip, pairing it with Nivea mens after shave balm in sensitive as a primer... talk about all day staying power! 

So the ELF Acne Fighting Foundation is literally only $6.00 and can be found at Target, CVS and K-Mart.. $6.00 come on does it get any better? Yes loves... Yes it does!!!!

           So besides having amazing coverage this foundation first comes in 8 shades (and for my pale ladies like me.. the Porcelain and Ivory  work great!) Second it has acne fighting ingredients like Salicylic Acid, Witch Hazel, Camphor, Tea Tree and Aloe so not is it only providing coverage but actually helping your skin calm down and feels very soothing on the skin. 

 It is also very lightweight, for the amount of coverage it provides you can barely feel it on the skin!!!

Definitely recommend every one to try it, Even if acne isn't a big problem from you... it is an amazing foundation!!!
